In this capacity CIBER have the role of Goldsmiths trusted advisor delivering general support as well as application maintenance and enhancement.

The scope of the Goldsmith SAP Retail implementation covers Finance, Merchandise Management, Sales and Distribution, Warehouse Management and Business Intelligence.

CIBER have recently assisted Goldsmiths in the replacement of their Research Information System with SAP BW. This was delivered in two phases:

• Phase 1
  Discount Analysis, Budgeting, Merchandising, Purchasing, Sales and Stock Adjustments.
   
• Phase 2
  BW functionality to support Profit Centre and Cost Centre reporting.
