On-Demand
On-Demand provides customer access to the dedicated CIBER Assist team. An SAP-aware Service Co-ordinator will investigate the appropriate service, assign your request to the correct CIBER team (i.e. Support, Professional Services, etc.) and monitor the request through to resolution.

SAP Maintenance
SAP Maintenance represents the base level support component and is a pre-requisite for customers running SAP software. CIBER is SAP-certified to deliver this service to our contracted customers.

Application Support
CIBER’s Application Support service provides customers with the most cost-effective blend of in-house and outsourced support resources, whilst remaining flexible to ensure the delivered services can be adapted to suit our customer’s requirements.

The SAP AGS Advisory Service has been designed to provide customers with advice relating to the systems, tools and processes of the SAP Active Global Support (SAP AGS) organisation as well as a customer’s obligations and entitlements under their SAP Maintenance agreement.
The SAP AGS Advisor is also tasked with ensuring your company establishes critical system maintenance strategies, such as archiving, patching and disaster recovery.
SAP Consulting
CIBER’s SAP Consulting Services provides an efficient booking, billing and delivery mechanism that encompasses Project Management and Account Management for any size of consulting requirement. Project engagement is deployed via a pre-packaged philosophy; The project scope is agreed, right from the start, with contained service deliverables, known costs and known timeframes, all delivered by a proven approach. The service is based on the deployment of SAP experienced consultants to expand the scope of your existing solution.
