SAP Consulting

Consulting requirements within the SAP suite can be varied in terms of scope, ranging from short verbal consultations and small adhoc requirements within the current scope, right through to more strategic extensions to existing functionality, requiring a degree of project management.

CIBER Consulting is handled through the SAP aware Contact Centre and supported by an effective booking, quoting and billing system, that caters for a variety of commercial models. Consulting Services are based on the deployment of experienced SAP consultants to address your consulting requirements. Various delivery methods are utilised depending upon the nature of the request:

  • Consultant call back for short verbal consultation
  • Remote consulting for adhoc work with clear scope and requirements
  • On-site consulting for adhoc work where a greater degree of customer interaction is required
  • Project based for major initiatives

Project based consultancy is relevant for larger projects e.g. initial phase 1 deployments or in-depth improvements to your existing solution. This is qualified by your Account Manager, with work following our All-in-One project philosophy. Project Management is typically required for projects that require in excess of 10 days effort from CIBER.
