SAP Maintenance
SAP Maintenance is the entry level support component and is a mandatory requirement for all customers running SAP software.
Comprised of a comprehensive collection of reactive and proactive tools and services, combined with an accessible knowledge base and software maintenance collection, SAP Maintenance is designed to enable a customer to capitalise on their SAP investment, maintaining and improving the quality of the solution throughout the duration of the software's standard maintenance period.
CIBER is certified by SAP to deliver SAP’s Standard Support and Enterprise Support services as well as SAP’s supplemental support offerings, such as SAP MaxAttention.
CIBER runs an SAP-accredited Support Centre which is tightly integrated with SAP Active Global Support (SP AGS), in terms of both process and tools. CIBER’s support team is dedicated to the processing and resolution of problems reported by CIBER's contracted SAP customer base and will endeavour to provide a resolution to any problems encountered by the customer in using the SAP software. Should a request require to be forwarded to SAP, CIBER’s support team will manage the request and liaise with SAP through to resolution.
