CIBER offers our customers a wide range of services, from general advice to support and consulting services and, with multiple users and business units accessing these services, it can be difficult for CIOs and IT Manager to properly manage all logged requests. For this reason, CIBER’s request management system has been configured to manage and track all customer requests and our On-Demand service facilitates this process.
The On-Demand service provides an intelligent point of contact into CIBER for all enquiries and service requests. Under the On-Demand service, your request will be reviewed by a team of SAP-aware Service Co-ordinators who will investigate the appropriate service, assign your request to the correct CIBER Resource Centre (i.e. Incident Management, Consultancy Quotation, Account Management, etc.) and monitor the request through to resolution.
CIBER will provide:

- Pro-active management of all requests
