Support & Maintenance Support & Maintenance represents the base level of the SAP Support
Agreement. This standard programme is a pre-requisite for customers running
SAP software. SAP Consulting CIBER’s SAP Consulting Services provides an efficient booking,
billing and delivery mechanism that encompasses Project Management and Account
Management for any size of consulting requirement. Project engagement is
deployed via a pre-packaged philosophy; The project scope is agreed, right
from the start, with contained service deliverables, known costs and known
timeframes, all delivered by a proven approach. The service is based on
the deployment of SAP experienced consultants to expand the scope of your
existing solution. Enterprise Services Architecture Adoption Enterprise Services Architecture provides a blueprint for services-based,
